# Couriers in Merchant

> The list for the courier on their phone, and the overview per courier with deliveries and kilometres.

## For the courier: Deliveries

Someone with the **Courier** role (see [People and roles](https://kwikeat.com/manual/merchant-medewerkers)) logs in on their phone and sees only **Deliveries**: the orders that are **ready to go** and the ones they have **on the way**, with the address, the time, and whether payment is still due.

- **On the way** when they leave.
- **Delivered** when they have handed the order over.
- **Route** opens the address in the phone's map app.

## For the manager: Couriers

Under **Couriers** you see per courier how many orders they took and how many kilometres they drove: per delivery there and back, in a straight line. When the shop is linked to KwikEat Desktop, Desktop's deliveries are included too, phone orders as well.
