# Settings in Merchant

> All settings of your online shop: shop details, opening hours and vacation, delivery rates, online payment, subscription, printing and links.

**Settings** has five tabs. Only the **owner** can change them. Keep changes with **Save**.

## Shop

- **Shop**: name, phone, mobile, e-mail, website, company and VAT number. On the receipt and visible to customers.
- **On the web shop**: how the shop is found online: your shop's **web address**, country and currency, and e.g. *Halal*.
- **Address**: the starting point of delivery distances.
- **Billing address**: if it differs.

## Ordering

- **Ordering**: after how many minutes late there is a warning and an alert, and a **vacation** with a message for customers.
- **Opening hours**: when customers can order online.
- **Notifications**: the sound for a new order, and whether customers get an **order confirmation by e-mail**.

## Delivery & payment

- **Delivery**: how far you deliver, the **minimum order for delivery**, and the delivery rates per distance (in a straight line, as in Desktop: see [Delivery and postcodes](https://kwikeat.com/manual/bezorgen-en-postcodes#distance-and-delivery-charge)).
- **Online payment**: see [Online payment and subscription](https://kwikeat.com/manual/merchant-online-betalen).
- **VAT rates**: your country's rates.
- **Subscription**: your KwikEat Online plan.

## Printing

The receipt (copies, print preview) and the kitchen ticket. Printing goes through the [Print Connector](https://kwikeat.com/manual/print-connector), or through KwikEat Desktop when it is linked.
