# Online payment and subscription

> Let customers pay online with iDEAL, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through your own Stripe account, and your KwikEat Online subscription.

## Setting up online payment

In **Settings** → **Delivery & payment** → **Online payment**, tap **Set up online payments**. Inside KwikEat you fill in one Stripe form: your company details, registration, identity and bank account. Only the shop's **owner** can do this.

- Customers pay with **iDEAL, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay**.
- The money goes **straight to your own Stripe account**, and Stripe pays it out to your bank account. KwikEat never holds your money.
- Afterwards you see *Payments: active. Payouts: active.* If Stripe still needs something from you, it says so, with the steps to finish. Don't leave that: otherwise Stripe may block your account.

An order paid online only appears on the order board (and on a linked Desktop) once the payment is confirmed. Refunding: see [Online orders](https://kwikeat.com/manual/merchant-orders#refunding).

## Subscription

In **Settings** → **Delivery & payment** → **Subscription** you choose your KwikEat Online **plan** and any **add-ons**. Each plan has a fixed amount per month plus a **commission** on online payments. Current prices are on kwikeat.com.

The subscription is charged through your own Stripe account, so set up online payment first. With a linked KwikEat Desktop with a valid licence you pay less commission on the Start plan.
