With KwikEat Online your customers order from you and pay online, and the money goes straight to your own account. You manage everything in KwikEat Merchant, in the browser on your PC, tablet or phone: the menu, the orders, delivery and online payments.
KwikEat Online works on its own and with KwikEat Desktop, the POS: then the menu comes from Desktop, online orders appear on Desktop's board, and you pay less commission.
Coming soon: the new ordering app for your customers. Your customers will order from your own page and app on app.kwikeat.com, in your colours and with your logo, and can put it on their phone's home screen like an app. Until it is live, you can sign up, set up your menu, online payments and delivery in KwikEat Merchant, and use KwikEat Desktop at the counter.
Your menu, the way you sell it
You manage groups, products, choices and surcharges yourself in KwikEat Merchant, with as many choices as you like per group and product, and combinations and deals on top. With a linked KwikEat Desktop the menu comes from Desktop, published in one click.
- Choices per product or for a whole group: size, crust, sauce, extras
- Combinations: a pizza menu, a dish with fries or rice and a drink, a half-and-half pizza
- Deals on a day, a week of the month or between two times: second pizza free every Thursday, collection only

Online orders appear on the order board in KwikEat Merchant, or on KwikEat Desktop's board. You move them on from new to ready and on the way.
